A cottage cheese casserole can brighten up any cloudy day. It is good as a snack and as a full dinner or breakfast.
To make a dish familiar from childhood sparkle with new colors, you need to give up flour in the recipe and replace it with semolina - it will be tastier.
You will need:
- cottage cheese - 600 g;
- sugar - 4 tbsp;
- semolina - 6 tbsp;
- sour cream - 8 tbsp;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- raisins - 150 g;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- vanilla to taste.
How to cook
1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl, grinding until smooth.
2. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 5-7 minutes. Once steamed, drain the hot water and dry the dried fruit on a paper towel.
3. Add raisins, semolina, baking powder and sour cream to the curd mass. Mix and leave for 15-20 minutes for the semolina to swell.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Pour the dough into the pan and bake the casserole for 30 minutes.
