Beetroot dishes are mainly salads. Healthy and easy to prepare, they are good for the body and easy to digest.
If you are tired of vinaigrette and herring under a fur coat is too high in calories, try a new recipe – beets with avocado.
To prepare you will need:
- beets 2 pcs;
- avocado 2 pcs;
- fresh herbs to taste,
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp;
- vinegar (balsamic) 1 tsp;
- seeds (sunflower) 1 tbsp;
- seeds (pumpkin) to taste.
How to cook
1) Boil the beets in the usual way or bake them in the oven.
Then we peel it, cut it into cubes like for vinaigrette or grate it.
2) Peel the avocado and cut into pieces, just like the beetroot.
3) Wash the greens and chop finely.
4) Place the ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped seeds and season with vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar.
The salad can be chilled or served immediately.
