The creator of the famous Irish coffee (or, as it is also called, Irish coffee) is chef Joe Sheridan, who worked at one of the Irish airports.

Back in 1943, he decided to warm up passengers waiting for their flight with coffee with cream and whiskey added to it.

The idea was a success, and since then Irish coffee has won its place in the hearts of people all over the world.

To try it, you don’t have to go to the nearest coffee shop: you can use the recipe from this article and prepare the drink at home.

To do this, first brew coffee in a Turk, using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee beans.

Now you can prepare the sugar syrup. Boil a glass of water and add 4 teaspoons of sugar to the boiling water. Stir until the granulated sugar dissolves completely, then cool the syrup.

Half a glass of cold cream should be whipped with a whisk to create a fluffy foam, and you can assemble our Irish coffee.

Pour the syrup into glasses, then add 90 ml of whiskey, coffee and finish the “composition” with whipped cream.
