There are quite a lot of dishes made from cottage cheese, but most often in the kitchens you will find raw cottage cheese, cheesecakes and casseroles.
At the same time, many cooks do not even suspect the existence of a recipe for cottage cheese wafers, unknowingly depriving themselves and their families of gastronomic pleasure.
We will tell you how to prepare a delicious and simple recipe.
You will need:
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tbsp sugar,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 180 g cottage cheese,
- 60 g flour (rice),
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
How to cook:
Raw eggs should be mixed with salt and sugar, and then a pack of cottage cheese should be added to the resulting mixture.
Mix the ingredients with a fork or mixer until smooth, then you can add flour.
The flour must be mixed with baking powder in advance, then knead into a homogeneous mass and add vegetable oil and mix.
The dough should be thick. You can add vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa or chocolate for flavor.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron.
