There is no arguing that pickled apples are a delicacy, so to speak, for an amateur.
But if you are that very fan, you can consider yourself very lucky, because below you will find a detailed, but at the same time simple recipe for making pickled apples.
The main thing that the success of the operation depends on is the fruit itself.
For this purpose, it is worth choosing small fruits that will easily pass through the neck of a three-liter jar and fit into the container.
There are also requirements for the variety - it is best to take late, firm apples.
After the fruit has been placed in the jars, add 3 tablespoons of salt and sugar to each jar.
You can add a bay leaf and one clove, but these ingredients should be added at will.
All that's left is to fill the jars with cold water and close the lids. Shake each jar well to dissolve the dry ingredients.
Leave the preparations at room temperature for a week, and then you can lower them into the basement, where they will stay until spring.
