Pizza has only one drawback - it quickly cools down and becomes hard. If the delivery service is slow, then when you open the box you can get a cold and hard pancake with filling.
In this case, you will have to reheat the food, and it is good if you have a microwave.
But if not, there is no need to despair.
We'll tell you about one trick that will bring even yesterday's pizza back to life and make it soft, like it just came from the pizzeria.
How to reheat in a frying pan
1. First, take a clean frying pan and heat it over the fire without adding vegetable oil or other fat.
2. After the frying pan has heated up, leave it on low heat – below medium.
3. Cut the pizza into pieces that can fit in the pan, and lightly moisten the dough with water (on the back side, where there is no filling). It is easier to do this with a silicone brush.
4. Place the pieces in the frying pan, cover with a lid, and remove after 2-3 minutes.
Thanks to the evaporating water, the pizza dough becomes as soft as it was, does not dry out, and at the same time the pizza does not burn.
Bon appetit!
