The classic recipe for syrniki does not have many ingredients: cottage cheese, egg, flour, sugar and that's it. Some housewives think that it would be nice to add soda.
Let's try to figure out whether it's worth doing, and if so, what will come of it.
To prepare you will need:
- cottage cheese - 400 g;
- sugar - 3-4 tbsp;
- salt - 2 pinches;
- soda - 2 chips;
- flour - 4-5 tbsp;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
First, you need to rub the cottage cheese through a metal sieve and mix it with sugar.
You can simply beat it with a blender, and then you will get a homogeneous creamy mass.
Then add a couple of pinches of soda to this mixture, stir and you can add flour.
Mix, form the cheesecakes and bread them in flour.
Fry the pieces in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Thanks to the soda, the cheesecakes turn out more fluffy and, as you can see from the recipe, without adding eggs.
Bon appetit!
