The cucumber season is delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
However, it would be a good idea to arm yourself with a recipe for quickly and deliciously pickling these vegetables.
The cooking time is very short, and the result is simply wonderful.
Ingredients:
• fresh cucumbers - 1 kg;
• green dill - 1 bunch;
• garlic cloves - 3-4 pieces;
• table salt - 1 teaspoon;
• granulated sugar - 1 tablespoon;
• food 6% vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
• refined vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons.
Method of preparation
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters.
Chop the dill and garlic cloves and place them in the cucumbers.
Sprinkle everything with salt, sugar, drizzle with vinegar and oil.
Mix the vegetable mixture thoroughly and place it on the refrigerator shelf to infuse for 10-60 minutes.
