The dishes of children's cuisine of the Soviet era not only met the standards and requirements of those times. It was simply delicious.
Casseroles and omelettes that were cooked in kindergartens are still being recreated in the kitchen by housewives, but it doesn't always work. Here is one such recipe.
You will need:
- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- 100 g sugar;
- 100 g semolina;
- 50 g milk;
- 50 g butter;
- 2 eggs.
How to cook
First you need to grind the cottage cheese together with sugar, and then add milk.
Stir and add the remaining ingredients one by one.
Then add the melted butter.
The finished mixture is thoroughly mixed until all lumps are completely dissolved.
Let the dough rest for 40 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell completely.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius, grease the baking dish with butter and bake until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream or natural yogurt.
Bon appetit!
