Fresh strawberries can be served as a dessert or snack. Most often, cream, sour cream or milk are added.
There is another original and vitamin-rich option for fans of healthy eating – strawberry spinach smoothie.
To prepare you will need:
- strawberries - 200 g;
- spinach - 200 g;
- honey - 1 tsp;
- mineral water.
How to cook
Berries and greens should be thoroughly washed from sand. Remove strawberry stems. Leave the ingredients on a towel to drain excess moisture.
If you want to make a soft drink, then mineral or carbonated drinking water should be cooled in the refrigerator to a suitable temperature.
You can put spinach and berries in a juicer. Then you will get pure juice, which can be mixed with mineral water.
The remaining pulp is added to the drink according to desire and taste, just like honey.
It's much easier to use a blender. Honey and mineral water are also added here.
The drink is poured into glasses and served at the table.
