Ingredients
- Tomato paste - 60 g.
- Flour - 2 g.
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
- Water - 400 ml.
- Onions, carrots - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Granulated sugar - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.
How to cook
The vegetables should be chopped and fried in oil until the onions are golden brown. Then you can add tomato paste.
The mixture needs to be kept on the fire for about two minutes.
In a separate container, combine flour and water. Pour the mixture into the frying pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
You can add a little granulated sugar, salt, and spices.
The sauce should simmer over medium heat and under the lid for another 10-15 minutes. After that, select the minimum heat and leave the gravy for another 10 minutes. Then you can serve the sauce to the table.
