The more original the name of the dish sounds, the more difficult it seems to prepare. An example is a traditional Italian dish made from eggs and a couple of other ingredients.
In the original it is called avocado frittata. Is it really that difficult?
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs;
- 1 avocado;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 30 g grated parmesan;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork.
2. Cut the avocado into pieces and add it to the bowl with the eggs.
3. Add olive oil and mix all ingredients.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and smooth it out with a spatula.
6. Cook until the egg is golden on top and just beginning to set on the bottom.
7. Flip the egg pancake over and cook the other side until golden brown.
8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
