Traditionally, ham, sausage, tomatoes or cheese are added to the omelette. The result is a filling dish that is a popular breakfast option.
But not everyone knows that an omelette can be turned into a dessert. If you want something sweet for breakfast, this is the perfect recipe.
Ingredients
The list of products consists of:
- 2 eggs;
- quarters of an apple;
- 10 g butter;
- 2 tbsp. fruit or berry yogurt;
- salt.
Preparation
1. Beat the yolks and whites in separate bowls. Add a tablespoon of yogurt to each bowl.
2. Salt the mixture to taste, but you can skip the salt altogether.
3. Place the frying pan on the fire, melt the butter and pour in the first layer – the yolks.
4. Place thinly sliced apple on top.
5. Next comes the second layer - whites. And on top of that they make another apple tier.
6. When all the ingredients are in the pan, reduce the heat to low and cook for about five minutes.
