People usually don't think long about how to cook shrimp. They boil them with spices and herbs.
Meanwhile, there are at least three original ways to prepare and serve this dish.
Here are some recipes.
1. Fried shrimp with garlic and lemon
- Clean the shrimp from the shell and entrails. Leave only the tail.
- Cut the garlic and lemon into slices.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add the garlic and lemon to the pan and fry for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
2. Shrimps with vegetables and rice
- Fry chopped onion, garlic and carrots in a frying pan.
- Then add the chopped shrimp and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add rice and water to cover the rice by 2 cm. Cook over medium heat until the rice is cooked.
3. Shrimps in sauce
- Make a sauce from cream, flour, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Boil water, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the water and place them in the sauce.
- Simmer over medium heat for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
