It turns out that you can prepare at least a dozen dishes from zucchini, and they are not without benefits for the body as a whole.
Here is a recipe that claims to be original – zucchini with sour cream and cheese.
To prepare you will need:
- zucchini - 2 pieces;
- sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- cheese - 100 grams;
- greens (dill, parsley) - to taste;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Preparation
1. Peel the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the zucchini in the pan and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
3. Transfer the fried zucchini to a baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cheese, herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Pour this mixture over the zucchini.
5. Bake the zucchini in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs, as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat or fish.
