However, not everyone likes dumplings that are first boiled and then fried. Therefore, fans of the traditional dish still choose one of the two cooking options.
To fry delicious dumplings, you don't need to have serious culinary skills. All you need is a frying pan, the main ingredient, and a few simple products to improve the taste.

The list of products consists of:
- 400 g dumplings;
- 50 ml vegetable oil;
- 1 onion head;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt and black pepper (ground);
- a bunch of greens.
Preparation
1. Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil.
2. First, fry finely chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
3. Then add the dumplings and fry them over medium heat, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes, until they become golden.
4. At the end, the dish is peppered and salted to taste. The finished dish is supplemented with chopped herbs (basil, parsley, dill, etc.).

The taste of dumplings is emphasized by spices and seasonings. For example, the fried dish is complemented with dry adjika, paprika and utskho-suneli.
