A soft and wilted cucumber will not complement a sandwich, will not decorate a salad, and will not remind you of the past summer.

Not all housewives and housewives are ready to spend time on rolling cucumbers. But the thing is that the preparation does not always turn out ideal.
Quite often, the opposite happens: the vegetable doesn’t crunch, the brine becomes cloudy, and to top it all off, the jars explode.
For impatient cooks, there is a special recipe. Salted and crispy cucumbers will be ready in 90 minutes and without any fuss.
Ingredients
The list of products consists of:
- 1 kg of cucumbers;
- 1 l of hot water;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. salt;
- 2 tbsp. sugar;
- 2 tbsp. vinegar (9%);
- 1 bunch of parsley and dill.
Preparation
1. Garlic is passed through a press or crushed in any other convenient way.
2. Brine: water, vinegar, salt and sugar.
3. Beat cucumbers with herbs and garlic right in the bag and pour in brine.
4. The bag is tied and left like this for an hour and a half.
