The options are limited only by the imagination and personal preferences of the cook. One of the simple recipes is considered to be an appetizer with cheese and mushrooms. This dish does not stay on the table for long.
Ingredients
The list of products consists of:
- 6 pcs. tomatoes;
- 150 g cheese;
- 250 g champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- salt and black pepper (ground).
Preparation
1. First, wash and dry the tomatoes. Then cut them into two parts and remove the pulp.
2. Clean and chop the mushrooms, and chop the onion. Grate the cheese, and press the garlic.
3. Place the frying pan with oil on the fire and heat it up well. First, fry the onion until transparent. Then add the mushrooms and garlic.
4. Fry the mixture until the mushrooms turn golden. Add salt at the end.
5. Cool the mushroom filling, and then add about 70% cheese.
6. Tomatoes are stuffed with mushroom filling and sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
7. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the snack for 10-15 minutes.
