An unusual cottage cheese casserole with mushrooms can pleasantly surprise your family. It is also nice that the recipe is simply created for dinner and is prepared quickly.

To prepare you will need:
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- champignons - 150 g;
- lavash - 70 gr;
- cheese – 50 g;
- salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook
Mushrooms need to be washed, cleaned and fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil. You can add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and desire.
The cottage cheese needs to be thoroughly mashed with a fork, mixed with eggs, salted and peppered.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Lavash is needed to line the baking dish.
Then the cottage cheese is mixed with mushrooms, spread on pita bread, sprinkled with grated cheese on top and placed in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
In 20 minutes the casserole will be ready.
