There are many recipes for making syrniki. There are also dietary options using flax, oatmeal and buckwheat flour. In addition, every housewife has a couple of her own secret ingredients that improve the taste of the dish. Therefore, we will tell you about the gravy.
To prepare you will need:
- cottage cheese - 500 g;
- 2 eggs;
- 130 g flour;
- 3 spoons of sugar;
- 1 spoon of vanilla sugar;
- 200 ml milk;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 3 spoons of water.
How to cook
Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork, then mix with sugar and add vanilla.
Next, add the grated cottage cheese and sift the flour.
It is more convenient to mix everything with a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
The result should be a thick dough, which is rolled into a long sausage and then cut into “washers” up to 2 centimeters thick – the future syrniki.
We bread them in flour and fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Next, bring the milk to a boil. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 3 tablespoons of water.
After the flour has completely dissolved, pour this mixture into the boiling milk. Add sugar to taste and whisk until the sauce becomes thick.
After that, remove from heat, wait for it to cool, add a spoonful of sour cream and stir.
Pour over the cheesecakes and serve.
