Sweet pastries are popular only among those who haven’t tried this pie with cheese and seasonal greens.
This dish will appeal even to picky eaters who only dream of tiramisu, pancakes with condensed milk or cakes.
Ingredients
The list of products consists of:
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- flour – 150 g;
- baking powder – ½ tsp;
- spinach – ½ bunch;
- sorrel – ½ bunch;
- cheese – 70–100 g;
- salt – to taste.
How to make a pie
1. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl. Salt the mixture and mix with sour cream.
2. Combine flour with baking powder and gradually add to the egg mixture. Beat until there are no lumps left in the dough.
3. Wash the greens and chop finely.
4. For cheese, use a grater. The product is shredded on a coarse grater.
5. Mix the herbs and cheese with the dough.
6. Grease the baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Bake the pie for about 40 minutes.
