Ingredients for okroshka
To prepare the dish you will need:
- kefir – 500 ml;
- eggs – 4 pcs.;
- cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
- beetroot – 1 pc.;
- radish – 1 bunch;
- greens – to taste.
Preparation
1. Boil the eggs and beets, then cut the ingredients into cubes or grate them.
2. Place the ingredients in a bowl, add kefir and mix.
3. All that remains is to decorate the dish and serve.
