- honey – 1 tablespoon;
- soy sauce – 2 tablespoons;
- lime juice – 3 tablespoons;
- olive oil – 12 tablespoons;
- ginger – 1 teaspoon;
- cilantro – 10 g;
- mint – 10 g.
How to prepare
1. Grate the ginger on a fine grater. It is better to use fresh product for the sauce. Pickled ginger does not turn out so tasty.
2. Chop the cilantro and mint with a knife.
3. Ginger and greens are mixed with the other ingredients. And those who like spicier dishes add chili pepper.
