The classic option when baking chicken is to coat it with mayonnaise and spices.
More sophisticated cooks spend several hours marinating meat. However, there is another option that will help you prepare the perfect chicken dish.
Even gourmets and picky eaters will appreciate it. For example, some cooks put a mixture of cheese and pear with spices inside the carcass.
Products:
- pears – 2-3 pcs.;
- blue cheese – 150 g;
- cinnamon – 1 stick;
- star anise - a few grains.
Chefs achieve juiciness and an appetizing aroma by unusually combining these products.
Peel the pear. Use only the pulp, no need for the core. Cut the cheese and mix it with the pear pulp. Then add cinnamon and star anise.
The carcass is filled with the stuffing and placed on a baking sheet, on which you can additionally place rosemary and garlic.
The chicken is sprinkled with oil, then placed in the oven and baked for 45-50 minutes at 180 °C. During the process, the carcass is basted with the released fat.
The pear is used to make a sauce. The fruit is simply grated and then served with the chicken.
