Full-fat milk – 500 ml.
Flour – 300 grams.
Sugar – 5 teaspoons.
Baking powder – 3 teaspoons.

Beat the egg and milk, add flour, sugar and baking powder.

Next, the mixture is thoroughly whipped and then left for 45 minutes. During this time, the dough should rise.

It will need to be stirred again, then spooned onto a frying pan greased with butter. Pancakes need to be fried on both sides until golden.

Dutch Pannekoken

Buckwheat flour – 200 grams.
Chicken egg – 4 pieces.
Milk – 500 ml.
Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons.
Butter – 20 grams.
Sugar – 70 grams.
Salt – to taste.

Combine flour and eggs and beat with a whisk.

Add milk, sugar and peanut butter to the mixture and beat again.

The butter should be melted, added to the dough and mixed thoroughly. It should be liquid.

The frying pan should be greased with vegetable oil, add the dough to it so that a thin pancake is formed. It should be fried on both sides. Repeat the steps until all the dough is used up.
