Yeast-free dough with water and eggs

Flour – 50 grams.
Eggs – 2 pieces.
Warm water – 200 ml.
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons.
Sugar – 1 tablespoon.
Salt – to taste.

The flour needs to be sifted, formed into a mound and a well made in the middle.

You need to put salt, eggs, water and butter in it. Sugar is added only if you plan to make sweet pastries.

All components need to be mixed to achieve a uniform structure. Afterwards, the dough needs to be covered with a towel and left for 20 minutes.
After this time, all that remains is to knead it on the table.

Yeast-free dough with sour cream

Eggs – 2 pieces.
Sour cream – 4 tablespoons.
Water – 100 ml.
Flour – 400 grams.
Salt – ½ tablespoon.

Beat sour cream, eggs and water until smooth.

The flour should be sifted, mixed with salt, and then added to the egg-sour cream mixture.

You need to mix the dough until it thickens. When the consistency becomes suitable, you need to knead the mass with your hands on the table.

After this, the dough, covered with a bowl, is left for 15 minutes.
