How to make pies
1. Start by making the dough. Break an egg into a bowl, add sour cream and kefir. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Next, measure out the flour and add the soda. Mix the ingredients, then sift the flour and soda into the kefir. Knead the dough. You may need to add more flour, as it all depends on the size of the eggs and the amount of kefir. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky to your hands.
2. Put the dough aside for 15-20 minutes. While the dough is infusing, prepare the filling, which can be sweet or salty. Here everything depends on the cook's wishes.
3. Roll the dough in flour and divide into parts - about 28-30 pieces of 50 g each. If the dough sticks, you can lightly dust it with flour.
4. Take one bun, roll it out into a circle, put the filling in and pinch the edges. All the pies are formed in this way.
5. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat the pan well. Put the pies in and fry under the lid. The fire is slightly higher than medium.
