For 0.5 l of water you need the following ingredients:
- green tea – 15-20 g;
- ginger root – 50-70 g;
- lemon – 30 g;
- mint – 5 g.
How to prepare
Making the drink is as easy as pie: put all the ingredients in a teapot and pour hot water. Boiling water is not necessary, as green tea is brewed in 90-degree water.
There is a small subtlety: it is better to add liquid to the teapot in two stages. First, pour half, and after 3-4 minutes, the rest - this way the aroma of any green tea is better revealed.
