A multicooker helps housewives no less than a microwave. But if you can only heat or boil in a microwave, you can even cook cheesecakes in a multicooker.

Moreover, they will not turn out dietary pale, but beautiful and rosy.

To prepare you will need:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • flour - 50 g;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tbsp. sugar;
  • salt and vanilla sugar to taste.

How to cook

Ideally, cottage cheese for syrniki should have a fat content of at least 5 and no more than 9 percent. This range is considered the most optimal for the ideal curd mass.

It is advisable to rub the cottage cheese through a metal sieve.

Then you need to beat the egg and mix it with vanilla, sugar and salt. As for the amount of sugar, it is better to add it to a minimum so that the syrniki do not spread when frying.

Lastly, add flour and knead the mass. Then let the dough sit for a bit (10-15 minutes) and you can form the cheesecakes.

Then everything is simple. Bread the cheesecakes in flour and put them in the multicooker bowl, selecting the "frying" mode. Fry on both sides in a minimum amount of vegetable or butter.
