- 3 cucumbers (pickled or marinated);
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;

How to cook
The easiest way to use this recipe is to use canned beans. They are already completely ready for consumption or further cooking.
If not, the grains will have to be soaked first and then boiled.
First, you need to cut the cucumbers into cubes or strips.
You need to drain the water from the canned beans, strain and cool the boiled beans, and then mix the cucumbers with the beans.
Then we peel the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
The carrots need to be peeled and grated, then fried together with the onions.
When ready, mix the fried vegetables with beans and cucumbers and add salt and spices to taste.
