To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, add a few drops of oil to the water.

  • low-fat kefir - 200 ml;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 600 grams;
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon.

Filling:

  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • dried dill;
  • garlic;
  • bay leaves;
  • black pepper;
  • kitchen salt.

Preparation:

Beat the egg with salt and add to warm kefir.

Add baking soda and mix thoroughly.

After ten minutes, add the sifted flour. Add dried dill and knead an elastic dough.

Let the dough sit for a while.

Chop the onion and add it to the mince along with the spices. Put the bay leaf in 50 ml of water for twenty minutes and pour this water into the mince.

The dough should be mixed again, and then rolled out and shaped into dumplings.

Cook the dumplings in boiling water for five minutes.
