The casserole is quick to prepare, has an incredible taste and will easily diversify your usual menu.
There are hundreds of ways to prepare this dish. Pasta casserole with tomato and meat sauce is an interesting recipe that will impress even the most sophisticated gourmets.
The list of products consists of:
- penne pasta – 300 gr.;
- ground beef – 250 g;
- tomato sauce – 200 gr.;
- olive oil – 3 tablespoons;
- parmesan cheese – 70 gr.;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- onions – 1 pc.;
- fresh parsley;
- pepper;
- salt.
Preparation
1. First, finely chop the onion and garlic. Then sauté the vegetables over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
2. When the onion and garlic become translucent, add the minced meat. Fry the product for 6-7 minutes, then add the tomato paste and cook the products for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Boil the pasta in slightly salted water. When the pasta is cooked, mix it with the sauce and transfer the resulting mixture to a heat-resistant container.
4. Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle it over the preparation. Finely chop the greens and also add them to the casserole.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, then place the casserole in it. Cook the dish for 10-15 minutes.
