A tasty and filling lunch option, the special feature of which is the combination of dietary cabbage with fatty foods.
The dish consists of common ingredients and is ready in 25-30 minutes. Even children who turn up their noses at broccoli and similar vegetables will appreciate this lunch.
To prepare you will need:
- broccoli – 0.4 kg;
- cheese – 0.1 kg;
- eggs – 4 pcs.;
- onion – 1 onion;
- salt and pepper – to taste;
- oil – for frying.
Preparation
1. Both fresh and frozen broccoli will do. Boil the vegetable in a saucepan. Pour the cabbage so that it is completely covered with water. After boiling, add salt, then boil for another 3 minutes and throw the broccoli into a colander.
2. While the broccoli is cooking, you can prepare the eggs, onion and cheese. The eggs are salted and peppered, then beaten with a fork. The onion is cut into cubes, then sautéed.
3. Add eggs and boiled broccoli to the fried onions. Fry the ingredients, stirring occasionally, until the eggs set.
4. Next add the cheese, which is cut into strips. It remains to wait 2-3 minutes until the product melts.
