Meatballs are a great dinner dish that, when prepared correctly, will surpass both cutlets and steaks.
It is also important that this meat dish will not fall apart, it will be juicy, aromatic and appetizing.
Ingredients:
- medium fat pork – 500 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- fried onions – 100 g;
- butter – 50 g;
- salt – 5 g;
- pepper – 1 g.
Preparation
1. The best meatballs are made from minced pork shoulder. An important component is fat. Without it, you can forget about the juiciness of the dish.
2. Chop the fillet, add eggs and sautéed onions.
3. The ingredients are salted, peppered and mixed thoroughly. The resulting mass is formed into meatballs and sent to the oven.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160 °C. While the meatballs are cooking, move on to preparing the side dish. This dish goes well with mashed potatoes, pasta, and cauliflower fried in breadcrumbs.
