It's hard to believe, but you can make cookies without even turning on the oven. Another nice thing is that you can use not the freshest baked goods, such as a dried-out sponge cake.
The whole thing will take about 15 minutes, and your family will be asking for more, especially the kids.
To prepare you will need:
- 150 g of biscuit or sponge cookies (not fresh is okay);
- 70 g butter;
- 50 g condensed milk (boiled);
- 30 g cocoa powder;
- powdered sugar (to taste);
- liqueur and almond flakes.
How to cook
The dried biscuit or cookies need to be crumbled – it is more convenient to use a blender or coffee grinder. The crumbs should be small.
Then you can add liqueur or fruit syrup to the crumbs to taste, mix and add melted butter.
The next ingredient is thick boiled condensed milk. If the condensed milk is liquid, you will have to add more biscuit crumbs or another thickener - chopped walnuts, oatmeal, etc.
Then add cocoa powder. You don't need to add powdered sugar - condensed milk is already sweet.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form balls, from which we then make thick round cookies and sprinkle them with almond flakes.
Sprinkle the plate with almond crumbs, put the cookies on it and put them in the refrigerator until they harden. Then you can serve them with tea or coffee.
Bon appetit!
