There are disputes about the methods of cooking fried dumplings. The dish is quite common, and there are many recipes for cooking.

For example, some people prefer to boil semi-finished products and then place them in a frying pan, while others place them in a frying pan without defrosting.

Can you fry it?

If you don't count the calories and harm of fried food, then yes. And you can fry in any form.

1. Boiled dumplings are fried more often. The main condition is to drain off excess moisture, otherwise the semi-finished products will stick to the frying pan and oil will splash.

Be sure to lay them out in one layer and fry on one side for 3-5 minutes, then turn over.

It is important to stir occasionally and monitor the oil level, otherwise the dough will stick to the pan.

After frying on each side, you can add sour cream, sauce or other ingredients to taste.

2. You don't need to defrost frozen dumplings before frying, otherwise the dough will stick. Pour them into a well-heated frying pan with plenty of oil. Fry until a thick crust forms, otherwise the juice will leak out.

The dumplings are laid out so that they do not touch each other and are always in one layer.

When a crust appears, reduce the heat to medium and pour in 3-4 tbsp of water. Cook until the water has completely evaporated.

Frozen dumplings are cooked for 10-20 minutes.
