- tiger prawns – 1 kg;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- soy sauce – 100 ml;
- olive oil – 50 ml;
- butter – 70 g;
- red and black pepper – to taste;
- dried dill – to taste;
- salt.
Preparation
1. Preheat a frying pan with olive oil very hot. Then add the shrimp and fry them over high heat, stirring constantly.
2. Add a piece of butter. When the ingredient has melted, add soy sauce to the mixture.
3. Cook the dish at a high temperature. The sauce should boil. When this happens, add salt, pepper and seasoning.
4. Almost at the end of cooking, add chopped garlic. Then you need to wait a little until the dish cools down a little, and you can serve it.
