A thick smoothie with a sweet and sour taste can be served for breakfast, used as a snack or a light dinner - in any case, this vitamin "bomb" will only be beneficial.
For this you will need only 4 available ingredients:
- 300 g apples;
- 275 g kiwi;
- 250 ml milk;
- 35 g sugar (to taste).
The fruits, of course, need to be washed. After that, peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes.
The same needs to be done with the apples – they need to be peeled, pitted and stemmed, and cut into small pieces.
Fill the blender bowl with the resulting mixture and grind until puree.
Now it's time to add sugar. If the fruit is very sour, it makes sense to increase the amount of sweetener.
All that remains is to pour cold milk into the fruit mixture, stir the drink and pour the smoothie into glasses.
