A treat with the taste of crème brulee can be prepared in 5 minutes. You will need only two ingredients, but the result will exceed all expectations.
To prepare, you need to take boiled condensed milk (180 g) and cream with 33% fat content (500 ml).
Homemade ice cream
1. Before cooking, condensed milk and cream should be kept in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
2. Pour the cream into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer. The result should be a 2-fold increase in mass. It should hold its shape well.
3. Next, add condensed milk to the cream and beat again. The ingredients should be completely mixed and become homogeneous. Chefs advise beating for 1 minute, no longer, as the mixture may turn into butter cream.
4. The resulting mixture is distributed into disposable cups or placed on wafer cakes.
5. The dessert needs to be put in the freezer for 5 hours, and then you can taste the homemade delicacy.
