How to make dressing

1. Grind the dill stems in a blender. A meat grinder will also work for this task.

2. Squeeze several cloves of garlic into the resulting mass.

3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and salt. All that remains is to stir and it is ready to use.

The finished seasoning dish is similar in color and consistency to garlic scape dressing. The remaining dill stems can be used to make aromatic salt or simply added to the broth.
