Ingredients:
- squash caviar – 500 ml;
- cream – 100 ml;
- cold water – 1 glass;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- greens - to taste;
- olives - half a can;
- croutons – 200 g;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation
1. The garlic clove is passed through a press, and the greens are chopped with a knife.
2. Mix the squash caviar with cream and water. The amount of the latter ingredient determines the desired thickness of the soup. You can add more than 1 glass of water, and then the dish will be more liquid.
3. Add herbs and garlic to the pot with the caviar. Cut the olives into rings and mix with the remaining ingredients.
