One nuance: you don't need a saucepan to prepare the dish. It's better to take a frying pan with high walls and a thick bottom. Then the dumplings will turn out beyond all praise.
Ingredients:
- dumplings – 0.4 kg;
- curry – ½ teaspoon;
- hops-suneli – ½ teaspoon;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
- boiling water – 0.5 l;
- dried dill, parsley, cilantro - 1 teaspoon each;
- onions – ½ onion;
- pepper and salt.
Preparation
1. Finely chop the onion. Place the frying pan on the fire and add the onion, curry, khmeli-suneli, pepper and salt.
2. Heat the contents of the frying pan, then add the dumplings and bay leaf.
3. Pour boiling water over the ingredients, add dill, parsley, and cilantro.
4. Boil the dumplings until fully cooked (≈10-12 min.).
5. Serve the dumplings in a deep bowl with broth.
