No oven or extra steps: how to make “lazy” sorbet from 4 ingredients

When you want to please your family with something tasty or expect guests, you can make sherbet.

The Soviet sweet is easy to prepare, but you need to do everything in advance. You won't be able to mix the ingredients and serve it with tea in 5 minutes.

This recipe differs from the original in that it is less labor-intensive. For lovers of sweets who do not like to waste time on unnecessary actions, this is a great option.

Ingredients:

Condensed milk

  • boiled condensed milk – 150 g;
  • shortbread cookies with caramel flavor – 150 g;
  • nuts – 100 g;
  • cream (33%) – 100 ml.

Preparation

1. Heat the mixture of condensed milk and cream in the microwave. Every 20 minutes, remove the bowl from the oven to stir.

2. Stop heating the mixture when it turns into a homogeneous mass. The sherbet base should be hot.

3. The cookies are beaten into small crumbs. The nuts are also ground. These two ingredients are mixed with the creamy mixture.

4. The resulting base is laid out in molds and left overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning you can taste it.
