On the air of the program “Live Healthy” on Channel One, the specialist named three spices that are worth paying attention to for those who want to strengthen their immunity.
The basis is green tea. And as additives to it, the doctor suggested making turmeric, pepper and ginger.
So, for 200 ml of tea take a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, 25 mg of pepper and a quarter teaspoon of ginger (can be increased to 1 teaspoon). And this is where the preparation of a healthy and aromatic drink is complete.
Prodeus pointed out that such tea strengthens the immune system, serves as a source of substances valuable for health and is an excellent preventative for many diseases.
