- milk – 250 ml;
- boiling water – 150 ml;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- salt and vegetable oil.
Preparation
1. At the first stage, everything is as usual. Sift the flour, add sugar and salt, and then milk. It is important to stir the dough so that the pancakes are lump-free.
2. Next, carefully pour in boiling water. The preparation at this stage should be more liquid than usual, this is normal.
3. Then prepare a frying pan. You need a special one for making pancakes. Grease the bottom with vegetable oil or a piece of unsalted lard.
4. When the pan is hot, pour the batter onto exactly one pancake. Turn over only after holes appear.
