An old recipe that has not been forgotten even today, because it allows you to prepare very juicy cutlets.
The last ruler of the Russian Empire was not picky about food. Nicholas II loved these cutlets because it is difficult to find a juicier option.
Ingredients:
- chicken – 1 carcass;
- butter – 200 g;
- cream – 200 g;
- milk – ½ cup;
- egg yolks – 2 pcs.;
- sweet buns (for rusks) – 2 pcs.;
- salt and pepper (to taste).
Preparation
1. Remove all the meat from the chicken and then beat it, adding cream for juiciness.
2. After beating, the chicken is salted, peppered and mixed with melted butter.
3. Next, the meat is formed into cutlets. A bone from the drumstick or legs is placed in each cutlet.
4. Mix the yolks with milk. Dip the cutlets into the resulting liquid and then roll them in breadcrumbs.
5. All that remains is to fry the preparations until they have a nice crust and serve with your favorite side dish.
