Be sure to save this recipe for buckwheat cookies with dark chocolate for your collection.
To prepare you will need:
- 150 grams of chocolate (70-75%);
- 25 g cocoa powder;
- 1/2 tsp baking soda;
- 60 g butter;
- 12 eggs;
- vanillin;
- 125 g sugar (brown);
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 150 g buckwheat flour.
How to cook
Some of the chocolate needs to be grated into shavings on a coarse grater and put into the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
The remaining chocolate needs to be melted and allowed to cool slightly.
Mix buckwheat flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Separately mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Add melted chocolate, eggs, mix and add buckwheat flour mixture.
Mix the dough thoroughly, then add the cooled chocolate chips and place the cookies on the baking sheet using a tablespoon.
If there is any dough left, then to prevent the shavings from melting, put it in the refrigerator.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven until done.
Bon appetit!
