Ingredients:
- 600 g cottage cheese;
- 3 tbsp raisins;
- 3 eggs;
- 3 tbsp. sugar;
- 3 tbsp semolina;
- 3 tbsp sour cream;
- a pinch of salt;
- lemon zest.
How to cook
First, pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 10-15 minutes.

In a deep bowl, beat the cottage cheese, yolks, sugar, salt, sour cream and semolina with a blender. You should get a homogeneous mass.
