An unfamiliar name of a dish can put you into a stupor and make you unwilling to cook it because of the possible intricacy of the recipe.
However, the first opinion is often wrong. But it is worth understanding a little, and it turns out that there is nothing complicated.
A striking example of this is the Italian omelette – frittata. In fact, there is no global difference between the classic dish and its version from Italy.
Ingredients:
- dry-cured or smoked meat – 100 g;
- mozzarella cheese – 100 g;
- sun-dried tomatoes – 20 g;
- basil – 5 leaves;
- salt and pepper – to taste;
- eggs – 8 pcs.;
- olive oil – for frying;
- olives, olives, arugula.
Step by step preparation
1. Cooking begins with frying the meat in a frying pan with the addition of olive oil.
2. When the ingredient is browned, add sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and chopped basil.
3. The preparation is salted and peppered, then poured with beaten raw eggs and placed in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
4. When serving, sprinkle with herbs, greens, cut into portions and serve with olives.
So, the only difference is that the main ingredients are pre-fried, and the dish itself is baked in the oven.
