Not everyone has time to prepare breakfast, much less clean up and wash the dishes. Mornings often feel like a sprint.
This trick can be done in a couple of minutes, and you will only have to wash a couple of cutlery. In addition to the products, you will also need a cup, a fork and a microwave.
To prepare you will need:
- 1-2 eggs,
- 45 ml milk,
- salt to taste.
How to cook
Take a cup or mug of a suitable size (ceramic or glass), break a couple (or one) eggs in it, add milk, salt, and stir.
If desired, you can add filling – meat or vegetable ingredients, cheese, herbs.
Turn on the microwave oven to the highest temperature setting and place the cup inside.
Start the timer for 1.5-2 minutes (depending on the power of the household appliance) and that’s it.
When ready, garnish with fresh herbs. And you can serve it right in a cup.
The amount of utensils for preparing breakfast is minimal.
